Returns & Refunds

Once your order has been delivered, please check that all the items you have purchased are not damaged and are in good condition. If there is an issue with your order please inform us within 48 hours of delivery/purchase. You have 7 days to return the products if you are not satisfied with any of the items and we will either exchange or replace it, provided the below conditions are met:

  • The item must be returned in the original condition as received.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging.
  • The item must include all components received in the original packaging.
  • Any pre-ordered or custom order items are considered non-returnable.
  • This is subject to stock availability
  • The purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item as well as if the refund as been approved or rejected. We can’t accept any opened or used products for returns.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your "account", within a few of days.

If after the 7 days notice period you would like to return the items, you will be liable for a 10% handling fee as well as the collection/delivery fees. This applies to equipment outside the warranty period as well.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
