LOCKDOWN Level 4 Orders
How it works:
- You will place an order online or via email, providing us with your customers details.
- We send you our invoice and you then invoice your client for the items.
- They pay you, you pay us and we ship the parcel directly to them. (We won't include the invoice in the parcel)
- We will provide you with the tracking number and you can then inform your client.
This option is only for orders collected by yourself or an appointed person - not for courier collections.
Orders have to be fully paid before collection by EFT. The proof of payment can be email to email@example.com.
Orders can be collected at our premises once you receive confirmation that the parcel is ready. Please ensure to supply your client code to person collecting on your behalf.
Courier orders will be packed in sealed boxes. When placing an order please stipulate which shipping option you require - own or our courier. If using own courier please inform us which company will collect on your behalf and ensure they know your client code.
Once order packed, we will obtain quotes from courier and provide you with the most cost effective options. Keep in mind that couriers charge per weight or volume - whichever is the most will be used to calculate shipping.
Once you received an invoice with our banking details you can do and EFT and mail proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org
Confirmation of receipt of proof will be sent and parcel will be given to the assigned courier. Depending on option chosen your parcel will reach you within 24 – 72 hours. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery / loss / damage of the item/s caused by any third party.
An email will be sent notifying you that the parcel has been shipped and provides you with the tracking number.
Order today, make payment before 12pm and receive your goods the next day during weekdays only. Please note - couriers do not deliver during weekends and public holidays. (Cape Town next day / Outlying areas 2-3 days)
