PLEASE NOTE

Our shop is now open for walk-in clients. For your safety and the safety of our staff, all the necessary protocols and precautions will be taken.
Face masks and a mandatory sign-in/ temperature check will be required upon entry with only 3 clients allowed in the store at a time.
Please manage your time effectively in store. There will be a queuing system outside if there are already the maximum number of clients in the store.


Delivery Orders

We not longer have specific days for specific areas for deliveries of the greater Cape Town area. Deliveries will be done daily for all areas.

The delivery fee is from R50 and will be confirmed by the sales team when placing the order.

All orders need to be paid in full before it is dispatched. The drivers will not accept any cash.

Once you received an invoice with our banking details you can do an EFT, SnapScan or Zapper payment and mail proof of payment to accounts@logicabeauty.com

Please ensure there is someone at the delivery address on the day of delivery to receive your parcel. If for any reason there is a problem, kindly inform us in time as to not let the driver attempt to deliver.

There will be an extra delivery fee added to accounts for orders that need to be delivered a second time.

 

Collection Orders

This option is only for orders collected by yourself or an appointed person - not for courier collections.

Proof of payment for orders can be email to  accounts@logicabeauty.com. Alternatively the exact amount of cash or card payment will be accepted when collecting.

Orders can be collected at our premises once you receive confirmation that the parcel is ready. Please ensure to supply your client code/account name to person collecting on your behalf.

 Payment in advance or exact cash is advised to avoid delays.

 

Courier Orders

Courier orders will be packed in sealed boxes. When placing an order please stipulate which shipping option you require - own or our courier.
If using own courier please inform us which company will collect on your behalf and ensure they know your client code.

Once your order is packed, we will obtain quotes from courier and provide you with the most cost effective options. Keep in mind that couriers charge per weight or volume - whichever is greater.

Once you received an invoice with our banking details you can do an EFT and mail proof of payment to accounts@logicabeauty.com

Confirmation of receipt of proof will be sent and the parcel will be given to the assigned courier. Depending on the option chosen your parcel will reach you within 24 – 72 hours.
We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery / loss / damage of the item/s caused by any third party.

An email will be sent notifying you that the parcel has been shipped and provides you with the tracking number.

Please note - couriers do not deliver during weekends and public holidays.
