Terms & conditions

By ordering from Logica Beauty Supplies you agree that you have read, understood and to be bound by the terms.

Delivery Charges (as of 1 July 08)
A fuel surcharge of R10-00 will be charged for orders over R200-00 and R30-00 for orders under R200-00 to be delivered as indicated on the above schedule. All other outlaying areas will be posted or couriered for your account. In the event of us being out of stock on a certain item we will contact you once it arrives. You can then place an order or wait till you place another order as all deliveries will be charged for. (In order words no free delivery of back orders)

Second Time Delivery
Always arrange to be at your premises on the day of delivery. (Else make other arrangements) We often get to salons and either the person is not there or no money was left. An extra R10-00 delivery fee will be added for orders to be delivered a second time.

Order Deadlines

Always ensure that all orders are placed by 15h00 the day before as our drivers leave early in the morning and we can't keep them waiting. If you need to change or cancel an order please do so the day before delivery by 15h00. No cancellation will be accepted for any goods specially made or ordered. All goods can be viewed at our showroom or on line on www.logicabeauty.com. Ordering can be done by telephone, fax, and email or on line.

Payment Method
We accept cash, cheques (not post dated), and credit cards (excluding American Express & Diners) for payment. In the event of paying by cheque (only after 3 months) we will need a copy of your ID. If however we get an unpaid cheque for any reason whatsoever R100-00 bank charges will be charged and we will no longer accept cheque payments from you. For those of you who wish to pay by internet:- All payments must be made before delivery and a proof of transfer must be given to our drivers. Under no circumstances will goods be left without payment. So please ensure you ask the sales staff for an invoice amount and your customer code!

Payment for Deliveries
Sms messages are sent every day with total amount for delivery. Please ensure that we have got the correct cell phone number and that payment is ready as we don't deliver goods without receiving payment. If paying by internet proof must be given to driver on delivery. All goods are COD- no post dated cheques. Interest (prime + 2%) will be charged on all overdue payments.

Payment for Courier or Post Parcels
No goods will be sent without full payment being made into our bank account. (Please use your client number as a reference on the deposit slip) We have to get the parcels ready before 1 o'clock every day and therefore all orders placed or payments received after this time will only be sent the next day. All parcels sent with couriers will be received within 2 - 4 days from date of payment made.

Guarantee
All equipment carries a one (1) year guarantee. (Full guarantee conditions on request or inside packaging when purchasing equipment) Please ensure to read & complete warranty card and keep it in a safe place. (Just a remainder that the purchaser is responsible to get the warranty machine to our premises and back to you meaning you are liable for the cost.) All equipment under warrantee that is returned for repairs will first be inspected by our electronic engineer, should the equipment be deemed unrepairable we will issue you with new equipment. If we are able to repair the equipment we will do that first.

Returns
Please note that goods (unused and in original packaging) can only be returned for credit within 7 days from date of receipt and with management consent.; A handling fee of 10% will be charged unless returned same day with driver. No refunds will be done - a credit will reflect on your "account".

Damages or Shortage Claims
Please thoroughly inspect all items for shipping damage or shortages once you have received the parcel. Please report any damages or shortages within 48 hours of receipt of goods.; We can't take responsibility for goods short delivered or damaged after this period.

Pricing
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Logica Beauty supplies. Prices include VAT at 14% but do not include delivery or postage charges. For these fees please see the delivery charge section.

Shipping
For delivery dates in your area, please refer to our delivery schedule. Orders will be sent to all other areas with Speed services (post) or Netwerk and Goeie Hoop Couriers. Delivery will take 24 to 48 hours from receipt of payment. We do not accept any liability for delayed delivery/loss/damage of the item/s caused by any third party.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct as we will not be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

Payment
Payment options provided by Logica Beauty Supplies are Visa, Master Card, Cheque, EFT, Debit card or cash. Credit card payments will only be processed if an authorisation form has been completed and faxed with the necessary documentation. No credit card transaction will be processed without us receiving this unless you are collecting and can produce the card with positive identification. Cheques can either be personal or bank guaranteed, and are to be made payable to Logica Beauty Supplies. We do not accept third party or post dated cheques. During the first three months of purchasing from us cheque payments will not be accepted. In the event of an unpaid cheque you will be liable for all costs incurred and we will no longer accept cheque payments. EFT payments must be done before delivery and proof handed to the driver or faxed 24 hours prior to delivery. Please confirm with the accounts department receipt of faxed proof of payment as certain bank transfers only reflects on our bank statements after 48 hours. No goods will be released without full payment of invoice amount.

Ownership
By signing documentation (invoice or way bill) on receipt of goods and settling full amount payable, you acquire ownership of all items. Logica Beauty Supplies will no longer be responsible for any damage inflicted on the items unless due to a manufacturing fault and is covered under warranty.

Returns Policy
Once you have received your goods, please check thoroughly against the invoice. If an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty or an item has not been received at all, please call our customer relations within 48 hours. No claims can be accepted after this period. If after investigating the error, we will correct the problem at no extra cost to you.
If a replacement or credit is required due to a client being unsatisfied with it, the purchaser shall be liable for any return shipping and other charges that might arise.
Returns will not be accepted due to changing their minds so please be specific when placing orders. Exchanges will not be accepted. Goods ( in original packaging and unused ) must be returned within 7 days from purchase and a 10% handling fee will be charged.
No money will be refunded - your account will be credited and deducted from your next order amount.
